(PHILLIPPE, TN)— The GOP majority, led by Rep. Mike Johnson of Meeks, agreed in April 2015, and proposed changing the wording of Tennessee's voter-passED bill on personal recreational marijuana. Johnson's bill also could affect an adult cultivation regulation on farms that produce medical marijuana and requires state regulators to create new standards in place to protect minors for their ability to purchase marijuana from growers for medical consumption with the use of their physicians without having to ask any of the dispensaries. It also removes Amendment 64 language that said no doctors should oversee the supply but allow caregivers to "consent fully and freely" before using products such by having medical authorization at a patient registry maintained in local communities by one designated entity, county law enforcement. Tennessee can now ask each municipality "consolidative plan of action"(i.e a plan which addresses how municipalities would work together) how they address growing cannabis for adult patient storage or patient care, and local jurisdictions.
