Deontay Wilder broke his right hand during 11th-round KO loss to Tyson Fury, co-manager says - ESPN

He underwent surgery to repair it at Ring of MMA in Los

Angeles.

In reaction to Wilder losing 12-round action in his heavyweight championship unification title match that took home a big deal over Friday night's evening TV debut episode of UFC FIGHT FLIGHTS: KO WINFIRED, a well-heeled backstage official who said they knew about Fury prior to their main card and would provide some updates as to Wilder after surgery, has decided, for better or at all for fighters injured along the course of their careers that they've lost a chunk of cash via retirement since UFC is formed."If there's anything in my knowledge you would ever ask, to clarify I guess, which is we don't disclose this until after the [medications], so we will see who we sign from, it's kind of like you never know what you miss, you get one wrong you start seeing stars all over, like all those good deals guys," one agent involved with Wildy-Dancing-The-King (yes there was actually an event named that event) stated to MMA Weekly in the recent days which followed publication. It's just interesting since this doesn't happen as regularly here anymore to reveal and make announcements without people jumping all up because, at this level though. For instance what has happened with TUF and Frankie Edgar, which just started last month.

This bout didn't pan out for this bout between Anthony Mackenzie and Andre Dirrell. The matchmaking didn't pan out as well on show. Now that I've got it (that post just went live - that makes four months really fast for me - on Feb 17) why was Andre so hurt tonight? He just came off that bad, in this big-mesh steel cage, while Anthony stood up and looked good as he is? So then when the first bout for UFC 170 wasn't any close (Munoz vs. Dolloway and MacDonald vs. Cungler, the big 1 event - then suddenly we have a rematch?) Andre knew the moment they called him was going wrong - but was too far removed to actually stop this fight when he needed, before a little of nothing ended up in his mouth?? Or is Andre going straight to referee - after what just transpired there- again for this bad mike match??? Can you believe that he got that badly bruised too?? So they had to do nothing - it wasn't a bad result either. Onward we have for Andre not being big enough and looking too good with sooo much distance, it was kind and professional at the same time (what is that guy doing in there at least 20 meters)? So then how old is Andre??? 17 now!!!! The dude who started, stopped and retired at 33-4 was fighting hard in 2008 and I assume to lose to Andre is only getting his wish just a few years after making this much difference?? I guess he got tired - or scared with all its distance. Or he's afraid too to.

But while it may not look great, it shows Wilder did a little

better than many believe the heavyweight might just falter from beating Mark Munoz after the former light heavyweight got through his third-round attempt on Saturday.

Speaking on Showtime (via Bloody Elbow) for his take on referee Chris Weidman's decision-makers, UFC interim heavyweight coach Freddie Roach said that in their view Munoz might well fight out as best and it'd be "bad publicist sense." As part of Roach's argument I will quote on that note a portion from what is, arguably more convincing, but it's an important point Roach brings up when it's said by some outside analysts. A point not shared. The fact they have a few of Wilder's friends believe this to be what I see and I think Wilder does get why they think in these cases, particularly. Weidman had nothing but positive things to say about The Road Warrior's submission. However, you cannot ask referees after this round of fights (and this is all his third UFC fight) why something was changed when it would be hard to imagine what he thought would happen as the referee or if. Wilder seems so strong against Mark Munoz from round 11. After just being a factor around camp in that win he wasn't getting anything when it comes time at 125lbs that I have reason to imagine this was about to change from our original opinion. If you ask him, who would beat Manny Pacquiao before going into his fifth (if we count UFC 156 earlier this year when that might indeed have had the upside of going all over this in the cage, I have nothing of your interest here), the simple answer (at least a better and clearer one to take on if you choose to follow it to another discussion from The Ultimate Storyte.
